Yes. Employee Life Event Support is included as standard for all current and new Electric Car Scheme members. There is no opt-in process and no additional cost.

Employees need 6 or more months of tenure and must not be within a probationary period or on a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) before delivery. If a PIP starts after the car has been delivered, protection is unaffected.
Any pre-delivery probation or PIP status must be declared by the employer, and confirmed in writing by The Electric Car Scheme.
