Entries close on 16 December 2025. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Only one entry per person is allowed. To enter, participants must obtain a quote via our quote tool, provide valid contact details, and be eligible for The Electric Car Scheme through their employer.One winner will be selected at random and notified by email within 7 days of entering. Prize details will be shared directly with the winner. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize; otherwise, a new winner may be selected.By entering, participants agree to these terms and consent to their information being used to administer the prize draw and for potential future contact from The Electric Car Scheme.The Electric Car Scheme reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.

Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

Eligibility and Entry
Entries for the prize draw close on 25 November 2025. Participation is limited to one entry per person. To be eligible, participants must complete the quiz and provide valid contact details.

Prize Details
There are three prizes, each consisting of a £100 Huggg voucher. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.Winner Selection and Notification
Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries and notified via email within 7 days of the closing date. Each winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner selected.

Data Usage
By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to their contact details being used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw and for potential follow-up communication from The Electric Car Scheme.

General
The Electric Car Scheme reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.

Testimonials Promotion

1. Last Submission Date: All forms must be submitted by 31st December 5pm GMT. Late submissions will not be considered. 2. Users submitting content will be notified by 10 January 2026. 3. Winner Notification Method: Winners will be notified via email. 4. Prize Delivery: The winner will receive their voucher via email. 5. Right to Remove Promotion: The Electric Car Scheme reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice. 6. No Cash Alternative: There is no cash alternative available for the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

The Electric Car Scheme – Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    The Refer-a-Friend programme is open exclusively to employees whose employer is actively partnered with The Electric Car Scheme. Individuals who are not employed by a participating company are not eligible to refer or be referred under this programme.

  2. Referral Reward
    Referrers will receive a reward in the form of a gift voucher. The reward will be issued only after successful delivery of the referee's electric car through The Electric Car Scheme. There is no cash alternative to the reward.

  3. Unlimited Referrals
    There is no limit to the number of colleagues a participant may refer, provided each referee meets the eligibility criteria and proceeds to a successful vehicle delivery.

  4. Programme End Date
    The referral programme will run until midnight on 14th September 2025. Referrals made after this time will not be eligible for a reward.

  5. General Conditions

  • The Electric Car Scheme reserves the right to amend or withdraw this programme at any time without prior notice.

  • Misuse of the programme, including false or duplicate referrals, may result in disqualification from the scheme.

  • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value.

By participating in this programme, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Champions’ Program

  1. Champions are selected by The Electric Car Scheme.

  2. A Champion’s ongoing enrolment in the Program can be removed at the discretion of The Electric Car Scheme.

  3. By deciding to join the Program, Champions agree to a best endeavour of a minimum 12 month commitment. The Champion retains the right to cease enrolment in the program at any point.

  4. Champions commit to a two reference calls per month with prospective employers, with reference calls lasting approximately 20 minutes.

  5. Program benefits are contingent on being enrolled in the Program.

  6. Any Program benefits are the responsibility of the Champion to register with appropriate gift registers with their employer
