Obvious Choice
The UK's specialist in salary sacrifice for electric cars and Net Zero Benefits

The problems we exist to solve
Most people want to drive electric but barriers are the same everywhere
The upfront cost feels steep
The options feel overwhelming
Best deals seem reserved for large businesses
We exist to change that through
Salary sacrifice
Employees save 20-50% on any electric car by paying from their salary before Income Tax and National Insurance
Employers save on National Insurance contributions
The scheme costs nothing to run
The result is simpler than it sounds: a benefit that works for everyone
Where it started
Co-Founder Tom Eilon returned to the UK from Canada and tried to access the Government's EV tax incentive scheme. He was offered overpriced lease deals and told the benefit only applied to businesses with over 1,000 employees.
Around 60% of UK workers are employed by smaller businesses. Why should 17 million people miss out on the same tax savings available to employees of the largest ones? Tom built a solution. The Electric Car Scheme was designed from the beginning to give businesses of any size access to proper salary sacrifice for electric cars, with access to the best deals on the market. That principle still drives everything we do.
"Our greatest impact comes from guiding consumers toward choosing electric from the outset. By making new EVs more accessible, we are not just helping individuals. We are creating a ripple effect that speeds up the entire transition to net zero."

Specialist, Enabler, Accelerator
Three things that define how we work and why it matters.
Specialist
We are 100% focused on salary sacrifice for sustainable benefits. Not a generalist platform. Not a bolt-on feature. Our specialism means better advice, better pricing, and a team that lives and breathes this benefit every day.
Enabler
We turn salary sacrifice complexity into clarity for businesses of any size. We bring together the best of the market rather than locking customers into one solution, and we build technology that fits how you already work.
Accelerator
We work actively with government and industry to unlock more salary sacrifice benefits. Net Zero Benefits is our ambition. The Electric Car Scheme is the first. There is more to come.
The UK's most trusted EV salary sacrifice provider
We are proud to be the first EV salary sacrifice provider certified as a B Corp, independently verified to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. That commitment runs through everything, from the way we price our products to the way we treat our customers.

From one scheme to a portfolio of Net Zero Benefits
The Electric Car Scheme
The Electric Car Scheme is our headline product. Salary sacrifice for electric cars, covering new leases, stock cars, used vehicles, hybrid vehicles, and monthly-rolling subscriptions. One monthly cost covers the car, insurance, maintenance, servicing, and more, with no unexpected bills.
The Charge Scheme
The Charge Scheme sits alongside it. Salary sacrifice for EV charging at home, at work, and across 76,000+ public charge points. Employees save up to 50% on every charge. Employers meet their ESG commitments at zero cost.
Our Ambition
Our ambition goes further. We are actively building the next generation of Net Zero Benefits, working with government and industry to make salary sacrifice work harder for more people. From EV to even more.
Our people
The Electric Car Scheme is a team of over 100 people, and growing. We come from diverse backgrounds in technology, automotive, finance, sustainability, and beyond. What we share is a common goal: making net zero the obvious choice for every employee in the UK.
The planet needs you. We do too.
We build careers where your work directly accelerates the UK's journey to net zero. It takes talented, driven people to keep this movement moving.
