The Electric Car Scheme – June Reward Promotion: Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. This promotion is run by The Electric Car Scheme Limited ("ECS", "we", "us").

2. The offer. Eligible customers who place a qualifying order during the promotional period may choose one of the following rewards: (a) £200 off their first monthly salary sacrifice payment; or (b) a £200 voucher redeemable with one of our participating retail partners. The two rewards are alternatives — only one may be claimed per qualifying order, and they cannot be combined, split, or exchanged for cash.

3. Qualifying order. A "qualifying order" is an order placed during the promotional period that proceeds to a live salary sacrifice agreement. An order that does not result in a live agreement — for example because it is cancelled, does not pass eligibility checks, or is withdrawn before an agreement is executed — is not a qualifying order and is not eligible for a reward.

4. Promotional period. To qualify, an order must be placed on or before 23:59 on 30 June 2026. Orders placed after this time are not eligible. We may close, extend, or modify the promotion by giving reasonable prior notice; any such change will not affect orders already placed.

5. Eligibility. The promotion is open to individuals ordering an electric vehicle through an ECS salary sacrifice scheme offered by their employer, subject to the standard scheme eligibility, employer participation, and credit/affordability checks.

6. Reward fulfilment. The chosen reward will be issued after the vehicle has been delivered and the salary sacrifice agreement is active. The reward will be processed within 14 days of delivery. The £200 discount will be applied to the first monthly payment; the £200 voucher will be issued by email.

7. Choosing your reward. You must select your preferred reward at the point of order. If no selection is made, the £200 discount on your first monthly payment will apply as the default.

8. Cancellation and clawback. If your order is cancelled or does not proceed to a live salary sacrifice agreement within 30 days of the order being placed, ECS reserves the right to withhold the reward. If the reward has already been issued, ECS reserves the right to recover its value by issuing an invoice to you for £200, payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

9. Vouchers. Voucher choice is subject to availability from participating partners, which may change. If your preferred partner is unavailable at the time of fulfilment, we will offer you an alternative from our then-current list of participating partners or, if no suitable alternative is available, the £200 first-month discount instead. Vouchers are governed by the issuing partner's own terms; ECS is not responsible for partner goods, services, or voucher expiry once the voucher has been issued.

10. Tax. The value of any reward may have tax implications depending on your personal circumstances. ECS does not provide tax advice; please consult your employer or a qualified tax adviser.

11. General. One reward per qualifying order. The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to withdraw the reward in cases of fraud, error, or misuse. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

12. Complaints. If you have a query or complaint regarding this promotion, please contact us at support@electriccarscheme.com. We will aim to respond within five business days.

13. Data protection. Personal data collected in connection with this promotion will be processed in accordance with ECS's privacy policy at https://www.electriccarscheme.com/privacy-notice. Your data will be used to: (a) administer this promotion and assess eligibility; (b) fulfil and manage your salary sacrifice agreement, including sharing data with your employer, vehicle suppliers, and finance providers as necessary; and (c) where you select the voucher reward, share relevant details with our participating voucher partners solely for the purpose of issuing and fulfilling the voucher.

Testimonials Promotion

1. Last Submission Date: All forms must be submitted by 15th April 5pm GMT. Late submissions will not be considered. 2. Users submitting content will be notified by 10 January 2026. 3. Winner Notification Method: Winners will be notified via email. 4. Prize Delivery: The winner will receive their voucher via email. 5. Right to Remove Promotion: The Electric Car Scheme reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice. 6. No Cash Alternative: There is no cash alternative available for the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

Champions’ Program

1. Champions are selected by The Electric Car Scheme.

2. A Champion’s ongoing enrolment in the Program can be removed at the discretion of The Electric Car Scheme.

3. By deciding to join the Program, Champions agree to a best endeavour of a minimum 12 month commitment. The Champion retains the right to cease enrolment in the program at any point.

4. Champions commit to a two reference calls per month with prospective employers, with reference calls lasting approximately 20 minutes.

5. Program benefits are contingent on being enrolled in the Program.

6. Any Program benefits are the responsibility of the Champion to register with appropriate gift registers with their employer
