The Electric Car Scheme website shows the latest prices available to our clients, this is subject to change depending on what funding your organisation can access. Our pricing is based on data collected from The Electric Car Scheme quote tool. All final pricing is inclusive of VAT. All prices above are based on the following lease terms; 10,000 miles pa, 36 months term, and are inclusive of Maintenance and Breakdown Cover. The Electric Car Scheme’s terms and conditions apply. All deals are subject to credit approval and availability. All deals are subject to excess mileage and damage charges. Prices are calculated based on the following tax saving assumptions; England & Wales, 40% tax rate.

Disclaimer: 1. Last Submission Date: All forms must be submitted by Friday 16th May 5pm GMT. Late submissions will not be considered. 2. Winner Announcement Date: Winners will be selected at random and notified by Wednesday 21st May 2025. 3. Winner Notification Method: Winners will be notified via email. 4. Prize Delivery: The winner will receive their voucher via email. 5. Right to Remove Promotion: The Electric Car Scheme reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion at any time without prior notice. 6. No Cash Alternative: There is no cash alternative available for the prize. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.

The Electric Car Scheme - Refer A Friend Promotion

  1. This promotion is open to anyone who successfully refers a new business to The Electric Car Scheme (the "Referred Business”) on or after 1st November 2021, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

  2. If successful the Reward for the Referrer is one of:

    • A hamper from Planet Organic

    • An Apple Watch SE

    • A donation of £100 to World Land Trust

  3. To qualify for the award, the following conditions must be met:

    1. The Referrer must submit a referral on the form at www.electriccarscheme.com/referafriend including the reference to the Referred Business by name.

    2. The Referred Business must sign up to the Services Agreement of The Electric Car Scheme and take delivery of a car to be managed through the salary sacrifice scheme.

  4. The Reward will be sent to the Referrer within 2 months of the Referred Business receiving delivery of the car.

  5. Only one Reward shall be awarded for each Referred Business.

  6. In order to receive the Reward, the Referrer consents to The Electric Car Scheme sharing their personal data with the retailers required to fulfil the Reward. The Referrer is responsible for ensuring that the correct details are provided to The Electric Car Scheme.

  7. The Referrer must not be an employee or affiliated with the Referred Business in any capacity.

  8. The Electric Car Scheme will make a decision in its absolute discretion as to whether to allow the Referred Business access to the services of The Electric Car Scheme.

  9. The Electric Car Scheme reserves the right to amend, withdraw or extend any or all elements of this promotion at any time and at its discretion.

Champions’ Program

  1. Champions are selected by The Electric Car Scheme.

  2. A Champion’s ongoing enrolment in the Program can be removed at the discretion of The Electric Car Scheme.

  3. By deciding to join the Program, Champions agree to a best endeavour of a minimum 12 month commitment. The Champion retains the right to cease enrolment in the program at any point.

  4. Champions commit to a two reference calls per month with prospective employers, with reference calls lasting approximately 20 minutes.

  5. Program benefits are contingent on being enrolled in the Program.

  6. Any Program benefits are the responsibility of the Champion to register with appropriate gift registers with their employer
