EV Leasing: Quarterly Pricing Review

Our Quarterly Pricing Review

Key Insights

  • We derive the prices you see on our website from rates and discounts set by multiple partners we have along the EV leasing supply chain.
  • At the end of each quarter the market refreshes these rates and discounts. While we always strive for 100% price accuracy, during this time it is possible that the final quote you receive will be different from prices shown online.
  • Which is why our dedicated Pricing team work extended hours during quarterly reviews - reacting to each inaccuracy and swiftly applying updates to minimise disruption to scheme participants.

Our website could currently reflect the pricing of the previous quarter. We are working hard to update our pricing with the most up-to-date data as of our latest quarterly review within the automotive leasing and salary sacrifice industry. Vehicle lease pricing, residual values, manufacturer discount support are regularly reassessed in response to market conditions and vehicle valuation trends.

All quotes and estimates provided are subject to change following each quarterly update. While we take every effort to ensure accuracy, the figures shown should be treated as illustrative examples. For final pricing, please speak to our team of Electric Vehicle Specialists.

Key Impacts of Quarterly Changes on Leasing & Salary Sacrifice:

  • Vehicle Lease Pricing:
Leasing costs may fluctuate quarterly due to changes in manufacturer support, list prices (P11D values), supply constraints, or shifts in operating costs. These factors directly affect the gross lease cost, which in turn impacts the salary reduction and take-home pay.

  • Residual Values:
Residual values—what the vehicle is expected to be worth at the end of the lease—are a major factor in determining monthly lease costs. Changes in used vehicle demand or depreciation assumptions can lead to noticeable positive or negative adjustments for the same model.

  • Taxation & Benefit-in-Kind (BiK):
While BiK rates are usually fixed by the government for tax years, changes to vehicle CO₂ emissions data (such as WLTP updates) or P11D values can alter the taxable benefit. This affects both the employee’s take-home pay and the employer’s National Insurance Contributions (NICs).

Accuracy & Assumptions:
All figures are based on the latest OEM data, leasing funder terms, and HMRC guidance. However, external events such as government fiscal announcements, EV grant changes, or macroeconomic shifts may affect pricing or tax treatment. We recommend confirming any quote with your Electric Vehicle Specialist prior to commitment.
